Tibetan sand mandala - Chenrezig the Buddha of compassion Mandala

The actual word 'Mandala' is Sanskrit for "circle".
In many cultures the circle symbolizes positive connotations like balance, healing and peace.
In Tibetan Buddhism the symbol mandala is used as a mental offering and a representation of the entire universe.
It is the purest land you can imagine where there is no suffering and is full of peace, love, happiness and comfort.
A universe you would want for all sentient beings.
Focusing on a mandala is a simple, effective way of quieting thoughts and clearing your mind and is used in meditation.

Magnifique tout cela ma Chère Starfish !!!

Je reviendrai souvent voir votre sujet et attendrai après vous que vous postiez.
Il est vrai que mes propres rêves m'entrainent aussi vers ces régions chargées d'esprits et d'histoires.
J'ai travaillé picturalement sur la symbolique des éléments, mais je ne suis pas encore prète à poster mes oeuvres, car bêtement, j'ai comme un peu peur qu'on me vole mon âme .......j'en ris moi-même de cette idée gente Dame ! Un jour viendra , gonflée, je serai prête , et pourrai avec tout le plaisir du monde, partager enfin mon Univers de petit poète de la toile et du papier travaillés avec soin.
Vous qui êtes si forte pour débusquer des vidéos et images, connaissez-vous le grand artiste décédé Hundertwasser ?
Outre son grand talent de peintre, il a travaillé avec des architectes sur des "maisons" pouvant s'intégrer à la nature.
Je vous laisse sur ces mots, vous adonner à quelques recherches.........et vous dis MERCI pour ces "vues sur la Vie".
